FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • What kind of teaching styles are being used at your tutoring centre?
"Student First" has always been our teaching philosophy. After understanding the academic levels of each student, we will select the appropriate teaching materials based on their learning abilities, and complete numerous exercises to assess their academic progress.
  • How many students are there in each class?
Our classes are normally 1 to 1 private lessons or group lessons from 2 students or above.
  • Will you provide notes or exercises?
Yes. We will provide notes and exercises that are written by our tutors or from related study materials.
  • How many lessons does my child need to attend?
Our senior tutors will conduct the first lesson and will suggest the number of lessons the student should take afterwards. The number of suggested lessons is based on the student’s foundation and the subjects they are studying. If there are any upcoming tests or exams, extra classes may be added. Otherwise, we only suggest students to take one 2-hour class per week for each subject.
  • Can my child be in the same class as his/her friends?
Yes. Students can arrange their own study groups.
  • Why can’t I contact the tutors directly about class arrangements?
Our tutors are part of the Academic department. Lesson scheduling and other payment matters are handled by our Administration department.
  • Do you offer consultations on IA, EE, and TOK?"
Yes. We help students on different subjects. Please contact us for more information.
  • My child is studying overseas, can they still attend the classes even though they will only be back in HK for a short period of time?"
Yes. We can arrange flexible class schedules for them.
  • How much are the tuition fees?
Tuition fees are based on student’s education level, and number of students in each class. Please contact us for more information.
  • What are the payment methods?
Payments are settled monthly. Students can pay at our center in person, by mail, transfer from ATM or your bank teller.
  • How do I register?
New students can visit our centre and fill out the enrolment form. Address: 7/F, Catic Plaza, 8 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
